Amateur interface but somewhat usable
This has easily the worst interface on any iPhone app I’ve actually used (presumably standards are lowered for regionally specialized apps like this), but I eventually managed to get most of the core functionality to work. It seems to be the best option; I couldnt get its only apparent competitor to work for anything but the display of my immediate location. A word of warning: The app displays street names in Russian, but street signs are in Ukrainian, which are sometimes (e.g. Red Army Street) substantially different.

Doesnt even start.
Cannot activate lite version on start. It cannot work w/o activation. Thats it.
